On the Agency plan, client pages can use your own address, such as review.youragency.com, instead of youragency.postvito.com. It isn't available during the free trial.
Setting it up
- Go to Branding and find Your own domain.
- Enter a subdomain of your domain, like review.youragency.com. The main domain on its own (youragency.com) can't be used.
- Add the one DNS record shown at your domain provider: a CNAME pointing to domains.postvito.com.
- Once the record is found, the address shows as Live.
What changes
New review links, handovers, client portals and your portfolio use your own address. Your youragency.postvito.com address keeps working, so links you've already sent don't break.
Downloaded files still come from files.postvito.com. To send emails from your own address as well, set up a sending domain in Settings → Email & Notifications.
