Use the search box on the Projects page.
What it searches
- File names, project names and client names
- The text inside documents: PDFs, and Word, PowerPoint and Excel files once their PDF preview has been made
Results show the project and client, and for text matches, the sentence where your words appear.
Good to know
- Search understands word forms: "printed" finds "printing".
- Images, video and scanned PDFs without text can only be found by name.
- Very large documents are found by name; their text isn't read.
- When a file is deleted or expires, its text is removed from search too.
