Each round on a project page shows what was sent, when it was opened, the comments, and the outcome.
What's recorded
When your client decides, PostVito records:
- the decision — approved or changes requested
- their name and, if they gave it, their email
- the date and time
- any note they added
- exactly which versions were in that round
To keep a copy, click Approval record (PDF) on the round. It's created when you download it, with your branding.
How long it's kept
Approved files are deleted from storage 30 days after approval. The record above — including the file names and versions — stays with the project, even after the files themselves are gone.
A note on what an approval is
An approval in PostVito is a record that someone with the link clicked Approve and gave the name shown. It isn't a verified electronic signature. If you need a formal signed contract, use a dedicated e-signature service.
