What you can upload
- Images — PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF and other image types
- PDFs — shown in the browser on the review page
- Video and audio — see Large videos for formats
- Other files — your client can download them
Size limits
Each file can be up to 20 GB. The total of everything you keep counts towards your storage: 5 GB on the free trial, then 50 GB, 250 GB or 1 TB depending on your plan. If an upload would take you over, it's stopped before it starts, with a message telling you how much room you have.
If an upload stops
Large files are uploaded in parts straight to private storage. If your connection drops or you close the tab, add the same file to the same project again — in the same browser, within 24 hours — and it picks up where it left off. After 24 hours it starts again from the beginning.
You can cancel an upload in progress. Cancelled and abandoned uploads are cleaned up automatically and don't count towards your storage.
