This guide takes you from a new account to your first review link.
1. Choose your name and address
When you first sign in you'll be asked for your company name and your link address — for example northlight.postvito.com. Every review link you send lives on that address, so your clients see your name in their browser. You can change it later in Branding.
2. Add your brand
Open Branding and add your logo and brand colour. These appear on every review page and client email.
3. Add a client
Go to Clients → Add client. Add their name and the email of the person who signs work off. If you add their website, PostVito tries to find their logo for you.
4. Create a project and add files
Go to Projects → New project, choose the client, then drop your files onto the project page. See Uploading files.
5. Send it
Click Send for review (it shows your client's name once one is set), choose the files, add your client's name (and email, if you'd like us to send it), write a short message and send. You can also copy the link and send it yourself.
That's it — you'll get an email when your client comments, approves or asks for changes.
